Volunteering Opportunities Which Will Amaze You!
In my own experience, I have found that when I focus on giving -- rather than on my own problems, worries, and needs -- I always feel so much happier. Oftentimes, in addition to healing work, the best prescription I can give to others to help them out of depression or a stagnant lifestyle, is for them to try some form of activity which engages them in helping others. Giving through volunteering is definitely a path to greater happiness, both for the giver and for those who receive. I had no idea that there were so many opportunities one could find for volunteering locally and beyond — see the links below. I think you will be surprised at the wealth of opportunities that exist -- there’s probably a niche for just about everyone's interests and abilities and limited available time. I hope one or more of the websites inspire you to go out and find how much joy it is to lend a hand were help is so much needed.

This is one of the most incredible websites for really matching our interests, skill sets, available time, preferences, and desires with local opportunities asking for volunteers. It’s the “Match.com” equivalent for community volunteering possibilities!
